The Customer Service Representative is the main entry point into the N-GEN process. Responsibilities associated with this position are: The attendance of meetings as necessary; Routing of materials within N-GEN; Aiding clients and customers within the N-GEN process by leveraging the global job view (all disciplines involved) of any given program; Aid the Customer Service Manager to maintain N-GEN STUDIOS' North East day-to-day fiscal responsibilities. This includes the opening of new jobs in both our Encoda and TLSource systems; submitting/tracking invoices and aiding in the creation and submission of quotes and hard cost tickets; Additionally, this individual is the "face" of N-GEN Studios, and must develop great relationships with Creative, Print Production, Art Production, Account Service and Project Management to meet the client's needs in the most efficient and effective way possible; Scheduling; Supervisory Responsibilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A preference for an individual with at least 1 year experience within an agency, design firm, in-house graphics service, service bureau or pre-press facility; Customer service experience a plus; Detail orientation and keen attention to quality; Organized, with multi-tasking abilities; Hardware and software skills required: Macintosh platform Quark Xpress (a plus) Adobe Illustrator (a plus) Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Please apply if you meet these requirements and are ready to get on the fast track in a dynamic, fast-paced agency.
